About

I am passionate about supporting the emotional health and well-being of purpose driven, audaciously ambitious entrepreneurs.

What I bring to the table, is a decade of work as a conscious, heart-centered entrepreneur and 23 years of experience as a mental health professional.

With a combination of somatic psychotherapy, mindfulness, internal family systems, holistic business approaches and interpersonal neurobiology, I take my clients on a journey towards self-actualization. Moving past the unconscious patterns and unhealthy thinking that is keeping you stuck and teaching you how to navigate the emotional, spiritual and physical challenges of going after your dreams, with your heart wide open.

Inspired by a mission to empower, lead, and clear the pathways for a new era of emerging entrepreneurs, I founded and operated Soma Vida, the world's first Wellness Coworking Community, 2008 - 2020 in Austin, TX. And in a desire to create a global community for womxn and non-binary founders/operators, I launched Women Who Cowork in 2016, to increase the success and visibility of women in the coworking movement.

My passion for founder mental health also includes serving in advisory roles with organizations such as The.Un.Inc, a digital campus for early stage founders and Econa, the global center of excellence for entrepreneur mental wellness

My educational background includes a BA in Psychology from The University of Texas in Austin and a MA in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. I have completed advanced training in Somatic Experiencing and am currently licensed in the State of Texas as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
