Service Description

More than half of Americans report that COVID-19 is harming their mental health and entrepreneurs are at an even higher risk for developing a mental health condition. To help you navigate your own well-being as well as your startup or business, I have developed a customized service which will foster a strong wellness culture and will support the mental health and well-being of you, your staff and your community for years to come. Session includes a preliminary assessment to determine specific needs, a 90 minute strategy session and a 30 minute follow up session. In exchange for this level of support, I charge a monthly retainer fee, which allows for optimal engagement and alignment with you and your team and creates the most meaningful and lasting impact. Services start at $3k per month and discounts are available for 3+ month commitment.
